Sharing Your Data
Your payment information is processed via third party eCommerce Payment Processors (currently Stripe & PayPal) which are integrated into our website and in accordance with such eCommerce Payment Processors’ terms and policies. Your complete payment information is transferred securely to the eCommerce Payment Processors we agree to use. Your detailed payment information is not stored by us, or website host, "SquareSpace".
The data we collect from you is held on the secure servers of our website host "SquareSpace" as the Processor of your data. This data can only be accessed by Garry Ridsdale acting as the Controller of your data. We do not share your data with any third party
Right of Access To Personal Data
You have the right to access the personal information that we hold about you - referred to as ‘Subject Access’. This request can be made verbally or in writing. We are obliged to provide such information within one month and free of charge. We may ask for proof of identity and sufficient information about your interactions with us to complete the request. If any of the personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or out of date, you may ask us to correct it. If you would like to exercise these rights please contact us by email. You have the right to object to us processing your personal information if we are not entitled to use it any more, to have your information deleted if we are keeping it too long or have its processing restricted in certain circumstances.
Data Storage Limitation
We will only use and store information for so long as it is required for the purposes it was collected for. We continually review what information we hold and delete what is no longer required. Some Personal Data may be stored for longer periods purely for statistical purposes.
